I have worked with Bill as the company's attorney and CPA over the last three years.  My father, Albert E. Cord, had worked with Bill when he was at Touche, Ross, & Company in the 1980's.  In 1996, when my father recognized the need to have a CPA and personal attorney to work with me as part of our succession plan, he hand picked Bill to be the advisor for me.

My father recently passed away.  He had over 50 years experience as a management consultant working with numerous companies on various business, financial and tax matters over the years.  When I joined my father's company over 10 years ago, I became intricately in the  operations of our two California based companies but had no experience in handling any of the financial and tax matters until recently.  Accordingly, it was imperative that my father had pick a CPA and an attorney who had the unique set of qualifications, education, experience and skills that Bill Hesch has brought to me and my companies.
